Our Mediterranean garden has been thoughtfully designed with aromatic herbs and indigenous plants that have shaped the culinary and cultural identity of the Cyclades for centuries. Guests are invited to wander through the garden, discover its fragrances, and handpick fresh herbs to enrich their own cooking within the privacy of their suite.

 

Rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, basil, lavender, mint, marjoram , arboreal root and other seasonal herbs grow alongside native Santorini plants, creating a landscape that awakens the senses and connects visitors with the island's natural heritage.
